  • Martha Elena Cuevas Gómez, Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco

    Graduated from the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco with a degree in Communication, she completed her master's degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua and her PhD in Communication at the University of Seville where she received a Cum Laude mention for excellence in research.
    She was a journalist for almost two decades, vice president of the union of national correspondents in Tabasco, State Journalism Award in the genre of chronicle, jury of the National Journalism Award, scholarship recipient of the Stimulus Program for the Creation and Artistic Development and is currently a member of the National Network in Defense of Journalists of the Mexican Association of Communication Researchers.
    She became a professor at the UJAT 10 years ago, where she was part of the commission for the international accreditation of the Bachelor's Degree in Communication, coordinated 3 years the Juchimán gazette of the International Book Fair, has published books as sole author and co-authored, literary and scientific, has directed 3 research projects, national accreditation of curricula in three universities in the country, is part of the State System and the National System of Researchers, is a member of the art committee of the Ministry of Culture of the State of Tabasco and the Citizen Advisory Council of the State Television TVT.
